Aftermath of watching Before Trilogy

its one of those days

or actually nights

i’m wallowing in sadness

for, i don’t know why?

i feel this ache in my chest

like i have lost something

but its hard to know who

or what is this thing?

it keeps growing

as i let the misery take over

i don’t want it to

but then there are many things we don’t want

i keep sighing

do you hear me?

i wait for an answer

with the cup of tea beside me

its a curse, no?

to feel everything so very deeply?

to watch a movie and feel your heart ripped out

to yearn, unequivocally for things you don’t even know?

it is

it really is.

constant state of sighing and realizing life isn’t much of a fantasy as much as we think it is.
