What if thoughts could travel?

Imagine the air around us being consumed with people’s thoughts, among the nitrogen oxygen particles and a slight coincidence or luck would end up knocking someone else’s thought into your head? Like imagine the reason soulmates feel like they know each other so well and how they complete each other’s sentences is because our thoughts have the ability to travel? One head or another. Sometimes even with complete strangers, you are about to say something and they say it before you do and you go like ‘woahh’ that is exactly what I wanted to say. Maybe that's because your thoughts traveled into their mind and hence came out exactly as you thought of them, only difference being that they spoke.
